4. The parts of the helmet are damaged or missing, which affects the normal wearing.
5. The selected safety helmet is unqualified after regular inspection and random inspection
6. The helmet has been strongly impacted, even if there is no obvious damage.
7. When other scrapping conditions specified in the use of the gallbladder occur.
